-CareCredit - CareCredit is a medical credit card that can be used to pay for any of your pet’s medical expenses. While it is particularly useful for unexpected expenses in the case of an emergency, it may also be used for the costs of routine care, including annual examinations, vaccinations or surgical and dental procedures. At Silver Lake Animal Hospital, we offer CareCredit’s 6 month deferred interest payment plan on transactions $200 or more. If the balance is not paid in full within the 6 month deferment period, however, interest is charged at 26.99% with the interest accruing from the date of the original purchase. With this plan, you would have six months to pay without interest. If the repayment exceeds six months, the accrued interest would add significantly to the amount you would have to pay.
